Product images and on-screen previews — including any 3D builder or configurator — are illustrative, and finished handmade goods may vary.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change at any time before you place an order. We make reasonable efforts to ensure prices are correct, but if we discover a pricing or description error on an item you ordered, we may cancel the order and refund any amount charged, or contact you to confirm before shipping.

4. Custom and made-to-order items

Some products are made to order or built from configurations you choose (for example, through our configurator/builder tools). Because these items are produced to your specifications, they may be subject to different cancellation, return, and refund rules. Please review our Returns & Refunds Policy before ordering custom items.

5. Orders, acceptance, and cancellation

Your submission of an order is an offer to buy. All orders are subject to our acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order — before or after it is placed — for reasons including product unavailability, errors in pricing or description, suspected fraud, or a failed payment authorization. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund the amount charged.

6. Payment

Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor (Stripe). By submitting payment information, you authorize us and our processor to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount, including taxes and shipping. We do not store full payment card numbers. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or charges not collected at checkout, as described in our Shipping Policy.

7. Shipping, returns, and refunds
