Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Most unused items in original condition can be returned within 30 days. Made-to-order items and a few other categories are handled differently — details below.
1. Return window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for most items. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
2. How to start a return
Email us at the address below with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return, and we’ll send return instructions. Please wait for our instructions before shipping anything back so we can route it correctly.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know whether it’s approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days, though your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
4. Exchanges
If you’d like a different item or variant, the fastest way is to return the original (per this policy) and place a new order. Contact us if you need help.
5. Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs, at no charge to you.
6. Made-to-order and custom items
Items that are made to order or built to your configuration are produced specifically for you. Except where required by law, or where the item arrives damaged or defective, custom items are not eligible for return or refund. We’ll always make it right if the item isn’t what you ordered or has a fault.
7. Items that can't be returned
For hygiene, safety, or practical reasons, some items may not be returnable once opened or used (for example, certain cleaning consumables). Any such exceptions will be noted on the product page.
8. Return shipping
Unless the return is due to our error or a defect, you are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a trackable method, since we’re unable to process a refund for items we don’t receive.
9. EU/UK right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you generally have the right to cancel a distance purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, and to receive a refund. This statutory right does not apply to certain goods, including items made to your specification or clearly personalized. These statutory rights are in addition to, and not limited by, the rest of this policy.
