Shipping Policy

Here's how and when your order ships, what it costs, and what to expect for international delivery, including customs and duties.

1. Order processing

Orders are processed on business days (excluding holidays). In-stock items typically ship within a few business days. Made-to-order and custom items require additional production time, which is noted on the product page or order confirmation. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order ships.

2. Shipping methods and rates

Available shipping options and their costs are calculated and shown at checkout based on your destination, the items in your order, and the carrier. Any delivery estimates provided are estimates, not guarantees, and begin once the order leaves our facility.

3. Domestic shipping (United States)

We ship across the United States via reputable carriers. Transit time depends on the method you choose at checkout and your location.

4. International shipping

We ship to many countries outside the United States. Available destinations, methods, and costs are shown at checkout. International transit times vary and may be affected by customs processing in the destination country.

5. Customs, duties, and taxes

For international orders, the price at checkout generally does not include import duties, taxes, VAT, or customs fees charged by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are collected by the carrier or customs authority. We recommend checking your country’s import rules before ordering, as we cannot predict these charges and they are not refundable by us if you refuse a shipment.

6. Tracking

When available, a tracking number is included in your shipment confirmation so you can follow your order’s progress.

7. Address accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We’re not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away and we’ll help if the order hasn’t shipped yet.

8. Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments

If your shipment is significantly delayed, appears lost, or arrives damaged, contact us and we’ll work with you and the carrier to resolve it. Damaged-in-transit items are covered by our Returns & Refunds Policy.
